BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST WITH RIB MEAT, WATER, WHEAT FLOUR, YELLOW CORN FLOUR, YELLOW CORN MEAL. CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF VINEGAR, SALT, SUGAR, LEAVENING (CREAM OF TARTAR, SODIUM BICARBONATE), SPICE, YEAST, GUAR GUM, GARLIC POWDER, EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA, NATURAL FLAVOR, BLACK PEPPER EXTRACT.

Heating Instructions: Preferred Method: Conventional oven. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen cutlets in baking sheet. Heat for 11 to 12. If frozen, add 2 minutes to heating time. For a crispier product, turn halfway through heating time. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degree F. Coat air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. Place a single cutlet in the basket. Heat for 7 minutes, or until heated through. Microwave Oven: Remove film and place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 1 minute 15 seconds. Rearrange cutlets in tray and heat on high for an additional 1 minute 15 seconds. If frozen, add 1 minute to total heat time. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Appliances may vary, heating times are approximate. Caution: tray and product will be hot.
